General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern all contractual relationships between Ekoablak Kft. (registered address: Kossuth tér 1., 2740 Abony, Hungary; "Contractor") and the Client. By accepting a quotation, signing an order form or paying a deposit, the Client accepts these GTC.

• The quotation is binding on the Contractor for the validity period stated therein (typically 30 days).
• The quotation is based on dimensions provided by the Client; the Client is responsible for their accuracy unless the Contractor carries out an on-site survey.
• The contract is concluded when both parties sign the order form and the deposit is received.

• Prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and exclude VAT unless stated as gross.
• Payment schedule: 50% deposit upon signing; remaining 50% on the day of handover.
• Late payment carries interest at twice the current central bank base rate.

• Delivery/installation dates are indicative, calculated in working days from order confirmation.
• The Client must inspect products on delivery and report any visible defects immediately.

• The Contractor provides a 5-year comprehensive warranty on products and installation work.
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, mechanical impact or external causes.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Repairs will be completed within 30 days of notification.

Title to the products remains with the Contractor until the full purchase price has been paid.

• For custom-made products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once manufacturing has commenced.
• If the Client cancels before manufacturing begins, the Contractor retains 30% of the deposit.

The parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably. Failing that, the courts of Pest County (Hungary) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Governing law: the law of Hungary (Civil Code, Act V of 2013).
